The Citizen Advice Bureau (CAB) is encouraging lenders on simplifying the term and conditions of loans.. Moira Haynes from the bureau said that every aspect of the loan process should be crystal clear to the borrowers including small prints which most of the borrowers just ignore.

She further added that transparency and cooperation is required from the lenders in order to save borrowers falling in debt spiral. It should be crystal clear to the borrowers that what they are taking from the lenders. In another statement an MP, stated that those who are struggling from debts should consult organisation like CAB for the assistance

Barbara Keeley said that those who are planning to borrow any kind of secured loanthrough any financial sources should seek such valuable advice.
